Modern Wedding at the Four Seasons Scottsdale

At our first meeting, Lauren + Andrew expressed their desire to have wedding photos that were not only beautiful but had some emotional depth to them.

Lauren did not want to look like a static cake topper, posed and boring in every couple’s photo.

Andrew mentioned that he wanted a more candid, documentary approach.

They both agreed that they wanted a realness to their photos. They also pointed out that they did not want the current fad of blowing out the details. They wanted to see real color in their flowers, they wanted to see the laughter, the tears of joy.

Needless to say we were a perfect fit for one another.

Lauren was stunning in her Anna Maier wedding strapless gown, her blue embellished heels peeked out from under her dress. The ceremony lawn overlooked Pinnacle Peak. The weather was perfect, the desert beauty was breathtaking and the black tie wedding at the Four Seasons Scottsdale was unforgettable and everything the couple hoped it would be.

This was a destination wedding of sorts, at least for the guests.

The couple are east coast transplants, now residing in Arizona. But every other guest traveled from Boston, New York or Los Angeles to spend their wedding weekend with them in Arizona.

This couple toured several venues in the Scottsdale area but decided that the Four Seasons checked all their boxes for a modern, sophisticated wedding.
