So much to chat about with this couple – he is originally from the Boston area (Pats hat was the dead giveaway) and she is from NYC and they love photography. Needless to say, it was easy for the four of us to find plenty to talk about.
There are so many decisions a couple has to make while planning their wedding. Two of the really big ones are choosing the right wedding venue and of course, choosing the wedding photographer that is most perfectly suited for them!
The bride could have been married anywhere – this was a 100% destination wedding for the couple as well as all of their guests. Why the Omni Montelucia? Well for a few reasons of course! Since we are fortunate enough to work their with great regularity we know exactly why they chose this incredible wedding venue. Here are just a few: Arizona’s incredible weather (most of the year), the Montelucia’s perfect location, right in the lap of Camelback Mountain, beautiful grounds, a full service resort (all guests could stay on property), the wedding was more of a wedding weekend since everyone stayed for a few days, options for ceremony locations, reception spaces….you get the idea. It checked all their boxes!
There is certainly no shortage of places in the valley to choose to host your nuptials. Just like there is no shortage of really talented photographers. Finding the resort/venue that speaks to your ideas for your wedding coupled with a photographer duo that can capture these moments seem to go hand in hand.
