Hi All,
Here are a couple of photos of a new little girl. She is the product of two very lovely parents who I have had the pleasure of knowing since they interviewed me to shoot their wedding (I got the job by the way). This is one of the coolest things about what I do. It is REALLY wonderful to see a new family start and grow.

Before I move on to the photographs I want to give you a little background on one of them. When I was a baby (as I have been told) my mom would sometimes drop me off at my paternal grandmothers house. Grandma did not have a crib for me, so when I was put down for a nap she would prepare a drawer and place me in it. I have no recollection of whether or not she closed it, but I like to believe she didn’t. Since I have that story tucked into memory it comes back on occasion and I look to create an image something like the one below. I don’t know about you but I find the story and the photograph endearing.
