Today, we had lunch with Liene from Blue Orchid Designs – we are probably two of a handful of people in the wedding industry that hadn’t  yet had the pleasure of meeting her!  I have been a follower of her blogs for several months now, and must say that each time I visit I leave having learned something, I like that!  

As a woman who has had the good fortune of starting a few successful start up businesses, I always find it refreshing to meet other women who have a similar entrepreneurial spirit!  Blue Orchid Designs is a wedding planning firm with consultants in Arizona, New York, and Washington DC.   Liene is also the founder of The Smart Planner™, a company that provides business resources and coaching for professional wedding consultants.
