An incredible destination wedding weekend at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess for this couple and their family and friends. The joining of two families was celebrated by nearly 90 of the closest people to the couple. What a reflection on how loved these two are!!!
When we first met with the bride we were so happy that we were such a great fit. They were looking for us to capture the emotion and document what was happening on their wedding day. They weren’t looking for over posed wedding photography but something more real. Moments that were happening. Interactions between friends. The love between the couple and their children. They were speaking our language. So honored to be part of their celebration!
On top of the genuine emotion – there were so many great details that the bride and painstakingly put together with Meren from SLIC and some really amazing vendors with gorgeous paper, incredible calligraphy, beautiful quotes, exquisite flowers and the most lovely setting for a wedding ceremony and an outdoor wedding reception. I truly enjoyed how the couple strayed a bit from tradition by having a toast to begin the ceremony. So many great sentiments were shared – a wedding ceremony that was so genuine and heartfelt. Followed by a cocktail hour set amidst the desert and golf course and a wedding celebration under the stars and the lights. Truly a spectacular couple of days.
Where are you going on your honeymoon or next vacation? A few years back we had a Kiawah Island vacation rental and the entire family came. It was incredible!
