Why are we so lucky to have the most incredible couples in the whole wide world? These two are the most gracious, lovely people and we are so honored to have photographed their wedding day. 

What a setting in Sedona. There was a gorgeous view everywhere you turned. So it was easy to see why they chose this location as the backdrop for their wedding day. They probably did not foresee the ridiculous rain that was going to happen that day. The unseasonably cold temperatures mixed with chilly downpours was enough to get anyone down.

But not these two. They rode out each storm with optimism and laughter. A GPS storm tracking system proved to be remarkably accurate so we were able to get the family photos done prior to the ceremony – in between downpours. Fortunately the ceremony time was perfect, no rain! The dark skies actually made the scene even more beautiful. 

The day definitely did not go as scripted but everyone enjoyed themselves none the less. Such an easy going group of friends and family – smiling and laughing through it all. After all the couple getting married was the reason everyone was gathered in Sedona – and get married they did.
